Book your inspection
Tell us about your property and symptoms. We respond with next steps — usually a site visit before any firm pricing.
Accurate waterproofing quotes require seeing the substrate — not guessing from a single photo. Our inspections map moisture paths, check drains and penetrations, and identify whether you need local repair or a full system. You receive written scope with named products, membrane thickness and warranty terms.
A per-sqm rate quoted without inspection usually excludes strip-out, drain reforming, fabric reinforcement and flood testing — the items that determine whether a roof or wet area stays dry past the first rainy season. We itemise prep and detailing separately so you can compare fairly with other contractors.
Standard site inspections for waterproofing quotes are typically free when tied to contracted works. Paid leak-detection or multi-zone diagnostics are quoted separately when you need a report before demolition — credit and expiry terms are confirmed when booking, not assumed here.
- • No obligation after inspection — proceed only when scope is clear
- • Itemised quotes — prep, detailing and testing listed separately from field coat
- • Service across all seven emirates from our Dubai base
- • Written warranty terms on major systems — not verbal assurances
What to prepare before the visit
- • Clear access to roof, balcony, bathroom or plant area where safe
- • Note leak history — rain-related, shower-related, constant seepage
- • Gather previous repair invoices or photos if available
- • Confirm building management approval for tower access if required
- • Identify who will approve scope and sign the quote
After you submit
- We review your details and contact you to confirm access and timing.
- A specialist visits site, diagnoses the leak path and photographs critical details.
- You receive an itemised quote — typically within a few business days of inspection.

What your quote includes
Itemised scope — not a single mystery rate.
After inspection, your written quote names the waterproofing system, number of coats, stated thickness, primer type and warranty period. Prep is listed separately — strip-out of failed coating, crack repair, drain lowering, outlet reinforcement — so you see where cost sits. Wet-area scopes include flood test where applicable; roof scopes include detail works at parapets and penetrations included in the price.
If we recommend a full system and you expected a patch, we explain why — overlay on blistered acrylic or a third outlet repair on chalking membrane rarely holds in UAE conditions. You decide after reading scope; there is no obligation to proceed.
Property types we quote daily
- • Villas and townhouses — roofs, terraces, pools, bathrooms
- • Apartments and towers — wet areas, balconies, building roofs
- • Commercial and hospitality — podiums, pools, plant areas
- • Warehouses and logistics — metal deck coatings and seams
- • Industrial — process floors and loading bays
Sector context on industries.
Compare quotes fairly
When you receive our quote alongside others, check: Is strip-out included? Are drains and outlets in scope? Is fabric reinforcement at details listed? Is flood testing included for wet areas? Is warranty duration and product name stated? Per-sqm field coat only quotes often exclude the work that determines whether the leak stays fixed.
Coverage
Inspections are scheduled across all seven emirates from our Dubai base — including Al Ain and Northern Emirates industrial zones. Submit your community or plot location in the form; we confirm crew availability and whether specialist leak detection is needed before quoting demolition scope.
Typical timeline after enquiry
Day one to two: we confirm details and schedule inspection. Inspection day: moisture mapping, photos, drain and penetration review, scope tier recommendation. Within a few business days of inspection: itemised quote with named products, thickness, prep, detailing, testing and warranty. Mobilisation follows your approval and any building management clearance.
Sometimes inspection concludes that a local repair is sufficient; sometimes full strip-out is required; occasionally leak detection must precede any quote for demolition. You receive a written recommendation either way — proceeding with us is optional when scope is clear. Paid specialist diagnostics are quoted upfront when requested; standard residential inspections for contracted works are typically credited as stated on your project quote.
Strata, FM and commercial enquiries
Building managers and FM teams should include number of affected units, access restrictions, working-hour limits and whether flood test documentation is required for strata files. We provide scope summaries for management committee review on balcony and podium programmes.
Hospitality and retail contacts should note guest or trading constraints — low-occupancy windows, overnight works and back-of-house access routes. Industrial enquiries should note operational hours, bay layout and whether storm-season inventory risk is active.
Quote request checklist
Complete submissions move faster through scheduling. Include emirate and community, property type, symptom trigger, photos if available, whether building management approval is needed and any previous repair history. For tower wet areas, note if neighbours below are affected — stack coordination may be required for flood testing.
- • Villa roof: approximate roof area, last coating type if known, drain access.
- • Apartment bathroom: shower-only or whole wet zone, tiles intact or planned renovation.
- • Warehouse: roof area, metal or concrete deck, operational hours, storm damage history.
- • Podium / parking: location of visible seepage, planter or landscape above if known.
When to call instead of submitting the form
Active drips near electrics, storm-season inventory risk under a warehouse deck, neighbour complaints in stacked buildings and any emergency where water is spreading now — call or WhatsApp via our contact page. Form submissions suit planned renovation scoping and quote comparisons after you have read scope guides on services and materials.
Include photos when safe — blisters on villa roofs, threshold tracking on balconies and parking seepage patterns help us assign the right inspector and equipment. Tower projects should note whether building management approval is already in progress; delays there shift calendar even when our crew is available.
Payment and approval before mobilisation
Deposits and payment milestones are stated in your written quotation — typically deposit to reserve crew and materials, progress at agreed stages, balance at handover. Scope approval and building management clearance must be confirmed before mobilisation on tower and commercial assets. Late approval shifts calendar; cancellation terms follow your quote if access delays are outside our control.
No obligation after inspection
Our itemised quote explains recommended tier — local repair, partial refurbishment or full system — with reasons tied to substrate condition, not upsell pressure. You may use the inspection summary to brief other contractors; we prefer you compare line items fairly. If leak detection must precede demolition, we say so before quoting tile or landscape removal. Standard residential inspections for contracted works are typically credited as stated on your project quote when you proceed within the period shown.
